Please note: Rental tux measurements are different from suit measurements and regular dress shirt & pants measurements.
For us to order a tux that will fit correctly, you must first be measured by a professional and submit those measurements to us. All sections of this form must be completed to insure the proper size & style is ordered.

Avant does not assume any responsibility or liability for correct measurements when those measurements are not taken by a member of our staff. All orders will be placed using the exact information supplied to us by party members as specified on the phone or online. We strongly recommend that all measurements be taken by a professional prior to submitting to us. We cannot guarantee delivery on any items ordered less than one month prior to event. In the instance that tuxedos must be reordered as a result of incorrect measurements or infomration supplied by ordering parties, the responsible party on file will be billed for replacement costs. Other terms apply and have been agreed to by the person who has requested that tuxedos be ordered. Damage deposits may be required prior to releasing product.
