a member of our staff will contact you to confirm your style
information and complete your order file. You can then have
your wedding party members submit their measurements to us using our
convenient online measurement form. |

| Tuxedos are commonly
order using the lapel style and button count. For example, a 2
button notch is a notch lapel with 2 buttons. The more buttons
that are on a tuxedo, the shorter the lapel. The most popular
styles right now are 1 to 3 button notch. |

| By
submitting the form on this page, you agree to the following
terms and will be referred to as "undersigned" in the rest
of terms. Avant assumes
no liability for tux orders or measurements that are not taken by a
member of our staff. In
the instance that measurements are supplied to us by ordering party,
all measurements will be assumed to be correct and order will be
placed accordingly. We
strongly recommend that all measurements supplied to us be taken by
a professional. In the
instance that incorrect measurements are supplied to Avant and
reorders must be placed by Avant,
responsible party will be billed for any and all cost
including shipping incurred by Avant due to replacement order.
In some instances Avant may have to substitute tuxedo brands.
To insure delivery, all order should be rec’d by Avant one month
prior to event. Any
items lost or damaged are customers responsibility and will be
billed at replacement cost. A
50% nonrefundable deposit is due at time of order.
All tuxes are to be picked up on Thursday and returned no
later than the following Monday or late charges will apply.
Measurements may be supplied by phone, email, mail or online
at www.avantbridal.com. Although
Avant will track incoming measurements, Avant nor it’s agents
assume no responsibility or liability in insuring that all
measurements are received in a timely fashion. Responsible
party assumes sole responsibility in insuring that all ordering
parties supply professional measurements at least one month prior to
delivery date. The
undersigned, has read, understands, and agrees to all terms as well
financial responsibility for all tuxedos and associated items and
for any damage or loss of said items.
